EFM520 timer question

As we mentioned in your other thread, the output of the timer goes to ZR... And only ZR. Did you really wire it to ZR and ZC as you mentioned above?

Past that, what are your low limit and high limit set at? Are you using a thermostat connected to the TT terminals (running on the low limit)?

Yeah that’s how guy wired it I send picture of timer and aquastat I’m just lost where I’m at now

Your wiring is not correct, and frankly it is unsafe. You need to stop and read the wiring diagrams, and you should not be using the green wires for a neutral.

The timer has more room in it for wire connections, so I suggest bringing your power into that first, and using pigtails so you don't have multiple wires per terminal.

Sorry, that diagram is the best I can do. If your wiring guy can’t follow that he has no business doing electrical work.

Was at wits end half way threw install guy said I don’t do many coal boilers which has made me angry so now I’m cleaning up the mess
