Lets find out.

Over the past 7 days;
Fan reading, 3067.9 - 3025.8 = 42.1 hours of fan run time, 6.01 hours per day.
Ash reading, 1769.1 - 1743.0 = 26.1 hours of ashing, 3.73 hours per day, 62% of fan run time.

Well, fan run time is actually 0.2 hours more than last week

The amount of ash in the pans is noticeably less this week though. Guess I'll never figure this things out.

Don, its looking like the gopher may need to be fed soon. I just put the barrel in my bin this weekend. I didn't feel like running up to sherman to get more coal yet.

Don what's the weight of one of those square bins full? Also I know you deformed it to fit properly under your base, what number or size bin/tub is it? Pretty sure I have one that will work

Behrens #61 is 12 gallons - probably perfect for the 130
Dimensions: 19.25"Lx19.25"Wx11.25"H

Behrens #62 is 15.5 gallons and works in the 260's
Dimensions: 20.5"Lx20.5"Wx11.5"H

A number 1 square pan is what fits in there. I bent a couple number 2 pans so they fit. I found an old video where I described the ashpans.

This was 5 years ago and I am still using the same pans.

Don you need to install a laser that adds a value to a counter every time it's beam is broken, then install it in the transfer head to count everytime a piece of coal falls
