Yes , a lot of wasted coal. Need to place some in line gauges so I can see exactly what it is. If it’s too bad I will dig it up next year.
Well, at least you will be warm either way. Your house and garage hooked on that 260 is like a Belgian workhorse pulling a radio flyer wagon.

What holds the anthrastat in place? Must be missing something , perhaps a clamp from the inside?

This is my auger tube. The tube isn’t long enough to fit into the fiber ring in the transfer head. Also you can see some set screw marks on the tube I am assuming something is missing or I have the wrong tube for the 260.

Looks like you are missing the Auger bearing, CB125 from the manual.

Got the 260 roughed in and fired up last nite. Started out with cold stone systems in both the house and garage. Turned the thermostats up so it would be a full load. Hand fired for an hour and the temp was up to 140. It would have taken the Mahoning probably 6 hours .

Had one major boo boo! When adjusting the auger chain it was slightly misaligned and a little too tight. The chain tried to ride up on the auger tube sprocket and bent the shaft on the gear box.

It’s working but I will need to call and see if I can get the parts. ( Euclid gear box).

:| The gearbox is the worst thing to have an issue with. Parts are either unavailable or expensive depending on which model you have.

I had the same thing happen on my first 130. I was able to adjust the gearbox position so that the chain would stay on. You might be able to get another 25:1 gearbox from Ziggy87.

Nice Look'in Boiler, glad to see it fired up!

I like your clean out Tee setup. That will keep crap from falling down the chimney and blocking the cyclone separator cone.

Is there a fix to stop the asking solenoid from chattering occasionally?
