What is the minimum flow i should want to see through this boiler? I see they want a max of 20 delta but doesn't mention flow ratings.

There is no minimum flow requirement. As long as your circulator(s) are sized to provide the correct temperature drop through each zone, the boiler will be happy.

My plate heat exchanger doesn't pull much but the coil is 94,689 BTU with 180°F Entering Water Temp., 13 GPM and 1200 CFM (air flow). So does that mean i need 13 gpm to keep it happy? I had a 10 degree differential last year on boiler supply vs return.

10 gpm should be plenty.

I have 2 circulators. Right now installed is the b&g 20-35. Shows flow only at 5.5 gpm. The other pump is a grundfos 26-99. Cant read flow off that one. Thinking about adding post gauge to pump to try and figure out flow.

The 29-99 is the one hooked to the water/air coil?

Im only running 1 circ for everything. Currently installed is the b&g. Last winter i ran the 26-99 with a different coal boiler.

Ok, I see what you mean. Does your B&G20-35 have an automatic (might be called eAdapt) setting ? I would start there and see what kind of delta you get between the supply and return. Don't stress over the flow rate, as the load on your coil will vary anyway.

No adapt. The 26-99 does have that setting. 20-35 just has settings i can set it to and it will adjust to maintain.
