Certainly no harm in that my Friend! I also keep a manometer installed, it helps me in determining when the pipe should get cleaned. If it goes positive pressure for more than 15 seconds at start up (this could vary based on OAT) I know its due for a cleaning :) I also transitioned to 6 inch pipe straight out of the Pope's hat which gives it a little more room for some accumulation to occur before needing cleaned.
