Just ordered a backup blower from Keystoker. $148!
Is there a less expensive option out there?
Thanks!

Yes... I searched for the Fasco part number for my kaa-4 blower and found it on Amazon for $74 a few years ago. I did buy a spare stoker motor directly from keystoker.

It's only $75 today... Just looked it up. $82 at supply house, $71 on eBay. Just have to look around. Amazon pricing is hit or miss, up and down everyday.

Years ago I thought of inventorying spare parts for my Keystoker 90 chimney vent. I called Keystoker and they said why bother when you can get parts in a couple of days from them. Now post pandemic, and with supply chain issues I think it may be time to rethink this strategy.

I’m a nut but I’d convert from the inferior factory shaded-pole motor to an equivalent high quality PSC motor…and it’d be the last motor you had to buy.
