Pipe from stoker is about 8 inches being connected to 6 " liners. Doesnt this move smoke backwards so chimney cant breath correctly shouldnt it be 8 to 8 or like 8 to 7??? Is liner installed wrong??

Yes it should be 8 to 8. If there is positive pressure over the fire when running, then you have three options. Lower the firing rate of the furnace, or install a booster fan at the smoke pipe, or a larger chimney liner.

A 6" liner is undersized for an EFM. If the chimney is tall enough you can probably get by with the stoker on a low firing rate, but it is not ideal.
If the chimney is structurally sound you should not need a liner at all for an EFM.

Liners should always be bigger then pipe size leaving heating unit. You could probably get away with 7” depending on the height of the chimney. Worst that will happen is that you will not get full capacity out of the stoker due to the draft over the fire going positive.

In most cases, unless there is something seriously wrong with the chimney, the last thing it needs is a liner. However, they seem to be an easy sell and are very profitable, hence the big push to line a chimney. It's called profit.
