I wanted to give a shoutout to member welder1186. His auger sleeve is absolutely bulletproof! I haven’t installed yet. Probably not till next year or so. When the stainless sleeve from Axeman finally wears down! It’s so cool that because he loves his Axeman, he decided to share his invention with us Axeman owners too! Some serious dedication to the coal heating diehards that we are!
Now I just have to tell the wife to wrap it, set it under the tree, and I’ll act surprised on Christmas morning!

Stoker Coal Boiler: Gentleman Janitor GJ-5, Van Wert VA-600, Axeman Anderson130 X3.
Hand Fed Coal Furnace: Harman SF3500 reduced down to 3 grates connected to its own plenum
Coal Size/Type: Rice, Chestnut and whatever will fit through the door on the Harman
Other Heating: Noth'in but COAL! Well, Maybe a little tiny bit of wood
