So I had water on the floor this morning. I thought maybe the p&R had released but the cup I keep underneath the tube was empty. I pulled off the top jacket no sign of any leakage.
I thought I felt a bit of a drip at the DHW coil and then noticed 2 of the nuts were finger loose. As I snugged them up all were needing tightening. Spoke with Keystrokes and decided to just have a replacement gasket on hand.
Any insight would be appreciated!!
Thanks!

Did keystoker give you final torque? Did they say with or without thread lube? If they did you a final torque you should tighten in three passes.
1. Finger tight
2. Half the final torque value.
3. Final torque value.

Most small leaks evaporate before you notice them. If you shut down during the summer, and the system is still under pressure, they will show up. Good you noticed it now.
