Yeah I checked it out after work today.
Just came up from the dungeon.
I had a blown fuse on the switching relay.

What caused the fuse to go I have no idea.

Aquastat is now running up to the hl if calling for heat. Circulators running if above ll.

Working as it should.

Next is to add my third zone.

Then onto rebuilding the old round 350.
Then decide if I want to try to rebuild the old GJ if it can be saved.

I have wired as my drawing. Same source.
No timer. No out fire.

I have great draft. My old GJ(with efm pot) didn't have either one.
I wanted to limit the possibility of bugs when I did the install.
Are you using the tankless coil in your EFM?

Yes I do have a domestic coil. Ran into an electric tank used basically as a storage.

Your aquastat is doing what it is supposed to. The circulator is disabled when the temperature drops below the low limit so your coil can continue to provide hot water. If you have a lot of cast iron radiators or a radiant slab, you might need to throttle down the flow rate down through the boiler. This can be done via a boiler bypass if you have one piped in, or by some other means depending on how your system is piped.

Glad you got the blown fuse diagnosed.
