I got a ton of stuff done on the boiler. Painted the door and started to put stuff back on. I built a new base for the motor support and put new bushing on

That shipping bracket on bearing box for internal fan can come off permanetly once you're finished moving the vessel around.

Hey this thing is really looking good now! Nice job on the door build.
What kind of rubber isolaters are you using for the motor? They look a lot different than what I have.

Last night I got some work done. I made a new gasket for the domestic water coil I got two with the unit one was good the other one bad. So I took the bad one and cut the coil off and used it. Obviously I am not going to be using it. I had 5 brass nuts I need to order more. Also I ordered a piece of bronze to machine a new bushing for the auger.

In my opinion it's always a good idea to go with brass nuts on the DHW coil.

Sorry I haven’t posed progress in awhile. But I made a new bronze bushing for the auger I have 50.00 in it and my time machineing it. It’s all together in its new home and I fired it up the other day. I am like a little kid on Christmas Day I have to go out and see it every morning and night. This little thing is sweet! I will get some pics of the stuff I did and it’s home and post them.

Nice!
Glad to hear you got it up and running. Yes, pictures would be great! I'm curious about this bronze bushing thing and would like to see it.

Here is the picture of the bronze auger bushing I made. I have to put the wick Oiler in but I have been oiling daily. The others are of the little building I made for i. Eventually I am going to build a bigger coal hopper but the barrel is for the time being.
