Is your timer set for 2 minutes every half hour?

how handy w/ electric are you? maybe don't call a plumber???

is the shiny clock motor warm or cold to the touch?

take a marker or crayon and mark 1 very fine line on the notched tripper wheel...then watch if mark moves/turns...

I'm not familiar with that type of timer either ... You might need to spend an hour watching it to see if it turns on your stoker once or twice per hour. Typical summer setting is 2 minutes every half hour

Right now the clock is hot
what I notice is that the boiler will start wen the temperature is 175 and will heat for 9 minute then it will stop at 190
And it will not star again until is 175 that takes about 2 hours so is turning on every 2 hr for 9 minute

The setting in the back is 160Lo 200Hi 15Dif

The hot timer clock motor indicates timer is not dead.
Timer's job is to cycle an ?interval? for a ?duration? and to repeat again forever... if a single aquastat was added before or was desired now it could allow boiler temps up to 200* before cutting out stoker. Further more this added aquastat could have a narrow diferential to not wait so long to resume the needed 'hold-fire' timer function...

That’s a perfect idea
A las plumer came las week told me that my HI and LO where off and left

I call him yesterday and told him the problem was not fix so he came and told me that the tube that connects the boiler with the chimney was dirty but my chimney was clean He told me that maybe that was the problem also he checked the timer and told me that it was off so he set it up for three minutes every 30 minutes And he left again

Right now I decided to time it So I can give you guys a better understanding

The boiler start at 9:40 am
Temperature was 175
Run for 9 minute
Stop on wen it hits 190
I will check the temperature every five minute Until it turns back on

5 min 190
5 min 191
5 min 192
5 min 191
5 min 191
5 min 191
5 min 191
5 min 189
5 min 189
5 min 189
5 min 189

Right now is 10:43 AM and it haven’t turn on yet since 9:40 am

Did your plumber actually clean the stovepipe that goes between the chimney and boiler? A stovepipe full of fly ash will cause outfires but I didn't suggest that earlier since you said the chimney was clean... If the stovepipe is now clean, you should not have any issues with outfires once you get the timer working correctly.

Tell us how long ago stove pipe was cleaned...was stove pipe disassembled for total interior back into stove outlet, as *NEAPACOAL* has asked?

As you noted earlier the boiler temp requires now a 15* drop before next firing cycle...your timer is missing 'hold-fire' for too long waiting to drop the large 15 degees.

Although those timers are very reliable, after a few decades of service the microswitch can quit working. I am referring to Item #3 in the attached parts list.

When that switch drops into the slot on your timer wheel, you should find power at terminal #4 in the timer with a meter. If you do not, the switch needs to be replaced.

Also, in addition to cleaning the boiler and flue pipe well, I would also make sure your draft control on the flue pipe is not sticking, and check the inlet of your auger (in the bin) for debris.
