It's not moving in the coal barrel. But its moving at the motor.

You are pretty close to Mark's supply up in Shenandoah... But, you really need to figure out what actually broke before you buy anything. Hopefully it's just a shear pin, but you need to know for sure before you head to Mark's.

I just took a look at the original pictures that you posted. It looks like someone at some point replace the cotter pins and shear pin with nails. That's OK for the cotter pins but a nail where the shear pin should be is a No, No. That means the auger probably did break.

as others have suggested, I would call Marks Supply and or Steve Wilhiem. They should be able to help you out.

Here is a video about the drive pawl but we also show the shear pin and it's purpose.

C, the reason for the proper shear pin is that IT will break before the auger itself.

He called. 250 for what they need. They need to talk to the landlord. Unsure what hes going to say. The handyman left to see about welding it.

Don't forget. The thread is opposite when its connected to the bin pipe.
I changed mine out a few years ago. Not to difficult.
