Looking for recommended timer setting on kaa-4 keystoker. Flue is drafting right at -.02 and I'm not using the secondary blower. Right now it's set at 5 minutes off, 1 minute on. I'm having no problem keeping the fire light at these settings, just wonder if this is the most efficient

I use 52 sec on and 10 minutes off. Works perfectly both summer and winter. Equates to 3 pins Every 10 minutes on an intermatic 30 min timer. My kaa-4 does use a rheostat to run the combustion blower at a low speed between timer cycles.

As long as you have a good hold fire to keep the fire on the grate I would not worry about it.
Every time I tried to reduce my hold fire time I had an out fire and as a result of that past experience I have left my hold fire timer settings as is.
I would leave your hold fire timer settings as they are since its not a pot stoker or traveling grate stoker as the keystokers have less coal to burn when they are burning due to the flat or sloped fire grate.
