Didn't find any specs or sizes, though.
If so, that looks pretty good. Can use a big drill bit, which would be pretty simple.

Not shown are the two high temp gaskets for both sides of the glass. Could use a hole saw also for making the hole.

That looks like about 2" diameter? If so, that will be the ticket.
