With just over 49 years in the rigging business, if you dont have access to an engine hoist this would be the the fastest and safest option.

Using 1" to 2" steel pipes as rollers works great on a concrete floor. Did that to install my KA-6 in my basement 3 years ago.

Mission accomplished. Turns out the bucket in my Kubota lifted the boiler up just fine, despite the weight rating. It is now safely in place and ready to be plumbed and wired in...that will be the next challenge!

DIY crane that I built, it helped me to move and connect boiler to a chimney
