502.19 lbs. coal fed into the Kaa-4 in May. 240 HDD's. I estimate 3 lbs. per day for DHW and the rest for home heating. Only heated for 16 days this month, the remainder was just DHW so this report is skewed with 15 days of idling for DHW.

(502.19-93)/240= 1.705 lbs. per HDD for home heating only.

Burning 12.46 lbs per day for DHW


1940's cape cod with decent windows (at just under 1,900 ft elevation). No insulation in brick/plaster walls, attic insulated with 12" fiberglass.
