Help me decide. Boiler location basement or garage.

- Hot Air Coal Stoker Stove: alaska kodiak stoker 1986. 1987 triburner, 1987 crane diamond
- Coal Size/Type: rice
just trying to be honest. i could tell the township the garage will not be heated but then how do i explain the pex sticking out of the slab?

the excavator was telling me it took the township 3 months to approve a permit to replace a sewer pipe connection that has been leaking since the house was built 15 yrs ago.
my old man built everything without a permit.....no wonder!
