I don't have an answer but I'm curious what model that triple aquastat is. Is it an l8124a or c? And what made you add that jumper while troubleshooting. Did you read that somewhere?

Its a 1824a that was on my old oil burner I think it worked when I disconnected it. as for the jumper the slot says jumper so I tried it and it turned on, It might bypass the thermostats I"m not sure I guess ill have to buy another aquastat and try it

If I'm reading the schematic on page 7 right, that jumper is bypassing the high limit control and supplying 110v directly to B1. There might be an issue with the aquastat. Hopefully someone with a deeper knowledge of this unit will chime in.

Does the stoker shut down when it reaches the high limit setpoint?

So, this is a new install?
Does the boiler have water in it? If so, is the the water temp below the LO setting? Does the system have a low water cut out? Any other controls wired in that we should know about?

I have that same aquastat. Here is my wiring info.
My pics don't show much near that jumper, but it looks like there might be one in there. I'll go check it.
Edit: Nope, no jumper.

The stoker is not going to just run, the controls make it run under certin conditions.

Boilers full, waters cold, no low water cut off ,thermostats calling for heat, circulator pump relay kicks on , but no power to the stoker I have a new aquastat coming today will see if that fixes it

Be sure to tie in the 6006 so you have the ability to dump the excess heat that it may create.

I sure hope that's the problem. If not, that's a pretty expensive way to trouble shoot.
That was a good choice my freind, you can't go wrong there.
