Keystoker KA-6 no heat ???

My KA-6 has stop sending hot water through the radiator system. It’s just sitting at idle. Water temp at boiler 190. But is not going anywhere. Any ideas on what it could be ?

Could be a bad thermostat or circulator (would be the first things I would check). To check the thermostat, jumper the TT terminals. If it starts the circulator, you have a bad thermostat.

Where your thermostat wires plug into your triple aquastat. Or, if you have a zone controller, where the thermostat connects there. Be careful, there is 110v in the aquastat/zone controller too. Might want to call in a plumber if you are not very familiar with this...

Can't see the labels, but It looks like the low voltage thermostat wires are going to the terminals in the upper right. Should be clearly labeled TT. Sounds like you should call in a professional...

Found it. Can I just touch them together or do I need to separate

Jumper (touch) the TT together... It simulates the thermostat calling for heat.

I have no wire for a jumper. Can’t I just touch them together or twist them together ?

Yes, using the existing wires would be the same as a jumper... Just triple check to make sure you are doing the TT terminals.

Oops missed the touch part in your reply. Touched both together and nothing happened. No circulate. No spark. No nothing

Is your timer still working? Causing the stoker/blower to cycle on and off every 10 or 15 minutes? I assumed it was since your temp was at 190 but just want to make sure you have power to the boiler.

Yes but here is a new twist. I just turned boiler off at switch. Turned back on and now the secondary fan that runs all the time did not come back on ??? Timer is working. Green light on at power box.

A bad thermostat would have been the simplest issue and has happened to me before. Troubleshooting is next. Could be the circulator, the aquastat, anything. I would use my multimeter to check the voltage at the C1/C2 terminals which go to the circulator next. If voltage is present, you might have a bad circulator. If you are not comfortable or familiar with troubleshooting 110v you should call in a professional...
