That fasco motor matches info on an old post from McGiever. Search it on Amazon. They have it for $85. It does look like your triple aquastat has something wrong with it. Also looks like a Dayton 1TDN5 can be used and is a ball bearing motor versus the sleeve bearings in the fasco. The Dayton would not need to be oiled every year...

BTW, if this is your dump zone wired in parallel with the thermostat, it looks to be set too low. I would expect it to be set at around 200 or a little higher. Keystoker's manual used to recommend 220 but they have since backed off that recommendation to closer to 200. Check to make sure it works once you get everything put back together by lowering the setting until it trips and causes the pump to run. Be sure to turn it back to 200 after testing.

Glad you're pinpointing the trouble. Good catch finding multiple failures, they can be extra challenging. Sorry for your luck at the same time
Here's something I added to my circulators to tell which one was running at a glance. Could be helpful to confirm if you are getting power to your pump at a glance, any time you like.
Simple 120v LED, just add the wires to the wire nuts inside the circulator wiring box. I chose "Taco green" but you can use any color you want, LOL
