quick question if someone might know why?? I installed a 130 for someone else pretty much same install as mine for some reason last year he was getting a ton of fly ash in his chimney [looked more like black beauty, grit]. This year the swirl tube is getting build up with black flakes?? In less than a months time aprox 1 1/2" or better of build up. The ash I would say looks fine, same as mine. In 3 months mine maybe had an 1 inch in swirltube. Just a difference in coal supplies?? thanks for any ideas or comments

Suspect some issue (not sealed) with replaceable "cyclone cone" would allow fly ash to get expelled into chimney.
As for the "swirl tube" loading up with fly ash, that is definitely a function, or lack there of, the Fan...wrong fan speed being a first best guess...
That "black beauty" is supposed to polish the inside of the "swirl tube"...not drop out of suspension and pile up.
My experience, and with a picture...
