Records kept from 12/7/18 to 12/31/18

1365.91 lbs. coal fed into the Kaa-4 in December. 820.9 HDD's. I estimate 3 lbs. per day for DHW and the rest for home heating.
(1365.91-75)/820.9 = 1.573 lbs. per HDD for home heating only. In looking at individual days, you could see efficiency really falling off on warm days due to long idle times on the timer.
