What model is it?
Its a VA600 one of the forum members mentioned it. The more I read the more I like it. I heat an 1800sqft ranch. I think it will do a good job. Hope it works out.

A VA600 would heat your house with ease. Probably be able to handle your neighbors house and a garage also.

The question is, will it be able to keep up with teenagers taking showers? I'd love to be able to heat the garage.

In real time it will make a little under 4 gpm. Ok for a series of showers using a low volume showerhead. Might not keep up with multiple showers at once or use of old school head.

I have a Peerless boiler with a DHW Coil. Not sure what it's rated at in GPM.

I have the high efficiency shower heads in two full Baths. My water pressure is lackluster so we usually do one shower at a time.
