Ash switch is set to 1 (ash only with fan running) but I have noticed it ashing right after fan shut off a few times lately. Seems to be running ok other wise. Could controller be going bad? Any concerns or thoughts:?:

You must have the very latest new model. Mine is older and does not have the variable ashing speed and interval timer controls. I suggest that you call AHS during standard business hours and ask to speak with their Technician, Darren Bricker.

Called AHS today. Was told that Daren Bricker no longer is with them. One correction: Ash switch is set to 2 not 1 as manual dictates. Jeff of AHS is thinking that maybe they are wired backwards. Sending pictures.
