I have a local guy hauling a car from my location to nj, He can pick me up a few pallets of good pea coal on the return leg, I know he will have to go north as the route to nj took him along the wv and md line, my question is where is the best price and location as far south as possible to get coal on pallets that he can haul on a flat bed trailer truck? . I can probably get him to haul 6 pallets back to me, aprox 6 tons. appreciate the help
