Sorry, I don't have that stoker anymore. It was part of a deal I made with another member. I still think that it is a ring that turns. The ring on yours might be rusted to the pot. Not sure. Going by what I saw on a really large 36" pot that had a rotating ring that had knifes that sliced the ashes off. It was a 2.5-3 million BTU GJ stoker.

Yes, thanks to Scott for reminding me about that unit. I have it in storage. Will try to get at it within the next day or two; probably Tuesday.

Yes I know I need new rings I will be replacing all of them and yes the entire pot turns rings and all turn. Reason for the pot to turn, well the factory thought it was important for it to turn so why not plus it burnt lower quality coal a little better. If you look in the first few pics that is a stripped pot. The drive gear is clearly attached to the entire pot making the entire pot rotating with the feed auger. I guess this summer I will be rebuilding the entire thing. I also need a new blower to pot air duct, it’s the rectangular one.Scottscoaled wrote: ↑Sun. Sorry it took 3 trips to the storage unit to even find it. It was hiding under a collection (i.e., large pile) of conversion stoker hoppers in a far corner of the overstuffed unit. The nameplate says it is a Model 910-S. The flat ash ring is 2" wide and has an outer diameter of 15". From what I can see the burner rings have some rust but appear to be sound. If you want pics I'll need to go back because my phone is misbehaving with sending/receiving attachments.
