How to adjust feed rate on 520

- Stoker Coal Boiler: EFM 520
So going to start up rebuilt stoker this week. I was doing a run thru this weekend and notice that the new crank is not slotted. My old one was and i kept it at 4 teeth ost of the time. This one is not slotted. I messed around with it but do not see how to adjust it and it is cranking at least 10 teeth.

There should be a slip collar that covers the teeth on the drum gear. Loosen the thumb screw and adjust the collar to expose the correct number of teeth to the drive pawl.
