What about annual tonnage of coal used, heat included.? Avg year ? I dont know what mine would be, iv never run 12 months for HW.

Ok ,i see where your from. My brother lives in ducktown ,just down the road from you. Been there a few times. Beautiful country. He has HP and also Propane for heat. Gets cold there on top of the mountain though.
Yeah, we have been colder then Maine for the last week or so.....about *30 last night, hard frost this morning. The higher elevations here are much colder.....I am very close to the river now, and that tempers things a bit. I will change my profile to Harrison, TN....
