Good evening every one I took your advice and installed the feed to the main house instead of the boiler I have taken this long to hook everything up what was a few more weeks I will say it was not the easiest thing I have done but I think it was worth the time and effort here are some pictures of the new hook up I left the old piping there and put a valve in the line so if I ever want to run it threw the boiler I can I am not sure why I would ever want to but I have the option now.

Does your supply line tee back into the lower return ports at the bottom of the boiler or is that drop feeding your old boiler? Cant tell from the pictures.

Good evening everyone well this must have been the longest rebuild and install in the history of the forum but I finely got her done yesterday it seem to be going pretty good I still have a lot of learning to do and tweaking but I can't do to much more until I get a draft gauge and make sure that I have .02
I am going to have to order one when I ask people around here no one seems to know what I am talking about
Here is some pictures of my boiler in action I got it done just in time for -20*F this weekend .

The controls you choose should be based on what you want the boiler to do. If you just want to maintain the same boiler temperature all the time, you do not need a control like the Hydrostat.
If you want to purge residual heat out of the boiler on heat calls and save coal in mild weather, or vary the boiler temperature based on the outside temperature, the Hydrostat is a good choice.

Ya did it!
Welcome to easy street. Now you just put coal in, take ashes out, and sit back and relax while the Keystoker does the rest. We will be interested in your fuel consumption numbers after you get it dialed in.
Congratulations on a job well done.
