Has anyone found a source of parts since this line was discontinued and bought by another company? I have searched it and come up with independent stove shops looking to rape the unwary.....What is the company that purchased and do they still sell direct to the comsumer?

I do know for certain that Alternate Heating Systems purchased the Harmon line. I think they re-named it Legacy Stoves. They are located in Harrisonville, PA.

Parts are available. One can even be built if you don't need the UL listing. The nice thing about the VF-3000 is integrated oil backup in a reasonably efficient unit.
