A lot of the exterior house heat is from the suns reflection I think, I am going to do it again tonight.

Yeah that's neat! I wondered why the house didn't make sense, the sun would do that lol.

Yup I think/hope so! Lol I have a piece of foil faced insulation board in the boiler building, and it is 2’ away from the boiler, but a spot on it reads 143 degrees lol crazy what reflection can do.

Thanks I’m very interested in what it tells, but it will take a couple weeks to get accurate average numbers.

Nice meter install. The results should be interesting. May take a few months to refine the results.

I talked it over with my wife, and she reminded me that I'm already using HDD's to predict the future of coal usage to within about an accuracy of 10 lbs. per week, so why spend money on a device that can only tell the past? I have to sit back and ponder about what she said for awhile.
