The motor on my recently installed EFM 520 has had a knock since I fired it up for the first time. I knew I needed a motor but drug my feet and it died. I was going to order the 1/8 HP 1725RPM motor from Marathon that I saw recommended on here and wait it out with my hand fired stove and a space heater. But before I did I decided to call my local EFM dealer and see if they had one and if the cost was reasonable. If so I would just pick it up there and get it repaired and running quickly. They had one in stock for $99 which was reasonable to me so I bought it and installed it. Now everything is back up and running. The only difference is the EFM dealer said it takes a 1/6HP when on here the recommendation was 1/8HP. I attached a pic of the specs for the motor I installed. I trust the EFM dealer and believe it will be fine but I thought I would double check here to make sure that is an appropriate motor. Thanks

1/6 HP will work fine.

Did it come with a dust cover?
