I don't know what you have done to the board's quote programing but if you don't get it fixed, you're off to the reindoctrination center for two weeks!
Who and what I am lost! Did I do something wrong?

Just a thought Ron,

But with the "banging" and also having recently added the Flo-Checks you may be having the Flo-Checks opening and then closing again due to your new piping arrangement...Flo-Checks are "weighted" type of check valves and would close pretty abruptly with a flow reversal as with the ghost flow.

If you would want to test this theory out you could manually open them w/the thumb screw on top being backed out to hold them open long enough to see if this proves or disproves this being the culprit.

This. I have no idea what that mess is nor can I deal with it now. I'm going to wait until morning. Think the NSA has anything to do with it?

Previously known as "No Such Agency"

"The National Security Agency" came to light after it was finally outed many years ago.

I would be more worried about the black helicopters and the men in the huge black Lincoln limosines.

Ron, no don't go away. We all want to see this thing up and running properly. It's just that whatever was wrong with the quote feature was making your posts and questions difficult to read.

For me to wrap my head around this I will need a diagram. Can you draw the pipes out showing the boiler, pipes, pumps (with direction of flow), & flo-checks ( with direction of flow).

It is a difficult task to communicate two ways in order to grasp everything required via internet to just "put a finger on" a final diagnosis.

For trouble-shooting purposes and to eliminate some simple things could you try this and then we will move on?

Was the original circulator for the combined zone left in the same place?
