What is the easiest way to replace cracked burner plates

Unscrew the top pot ring then take
the grate screw out lift the grates out replace all three gaskets there should be one under Pot ring one under the top of the grates and one at the bottom of the grates 3/8 for the top 1/2 for the bottom Rope gaskets check Pot bushing where the auger goes threw the Pot check Auger bushing & Auger flights for wear check chimney you should be good for the season
