Can you draw up a quick diagram showing the position of your boiler, loops, circulators, gauges, and anything else you think significant?

You will want to have a very detailed on on hand anyways. If someone else ever has to work on it while you are away, or after several years of trouble free operation the memory fades...
I'm uploading a walk through video in youtube I did when I first installed the system.....only exchanger added is is barn above where the boiler was. Gonna take a couple hours

Here is a video from January 2016 I made. It's a walk through of the whole system. Video starts out in barn where boiler started out. Above that spot there is now a hanging 50k btu modine hooked to the plumbing on the wall. Not the best but should give you a good idea of what's going on. I also do not have that water heater or side arm anymore.

Guess I should of had my phone sideways....bad vid. Last night I did not get the 2400 Taco installed but I did turn the 15-58 and this morning my delta was below 5 degrees! Very happy about that and I turned on the fan from the hanging modine in the barn before I left for work. Gonna let it run all day and see how warm we can get it in there for tonight's party.

And Larry, I believe your barn numbers are were right on the money...around 13-15 delta while running the fan on that modine! And when i went down to the boiler it was in idle fire!

Doing some upgrades finally....only question is which gauge is more accurate, the Mark 2 or 460? You can clearly see that the hand held 460 is reading .01 and the Mark 2 is .03.......if the Mark is more accurate, could this have been my draft problem for the last 3 seasons?

Did some cleaning also....went about 2 weeks to long but was amazed at the difference on the power vent blades.....not very much buildup at all compared to rice...or may just be a better batch of coal or IDK?
