Exhaust Temperature Coming Off the WL110

For a New Topic...
How many members get their boiler water temps up to 375* F?
And if you have, did you have any leaks?

I can report a top temp of 265* and mayhem was ensuing.

Just like the guy in the commercial.

To have water at 375* I would not want to be anywhere near that thing. The pressure would have to be around 489psi. yikes!!!!

didn't mean to stir up more questions than answers gosh darn it! I guess I need a translation:
"Flue gas temp at 200* water temp" that means the corresponding flue temp for a water temp of 200*F," would be between 300*F and 375*F" means that the flue temp is somewhat related to water temp since the hotter the boiler the higher the flue temp, "depending on coal and how clean the boiler is and coal quality" means the dirtier the boiler the higher the flue temp because the lower the efficiency, also the hotter the coal burns the higher the flue temp.
