1947?

I just tore apart and refurbished one. I like them, but, there is a lot of brass hardware and the gearbox seals and bearings are expensive to replace.

Someone put a lovejoy cuppler on it between motor and gear box wats supose to be there

I know this is a VERY old post but i have an Allen as well and it does have a lovejoy connection as well.

Best is a blower motor cuppler , they are a made to shear if something gets siezed up. I have seen NOS burner repairman kits with all sizes on ebay very cheap.
