Fred, I forgot about our 1st neighbor having that. It was his work truck. Here's a picture from today, 38 years later. The clump white birch and the red oak were a gift from my boss at the time.

Haven't posted in year but was cleaning it out today so thought to post a few quick ones. Shoveling the ash by hand got old quick, was super dusty.

As many other experienced aa130 users have stated there is a learning curve to these beauties. Love this boiler over the old national 200 hand fed I had before.

Nice looking AA there Ron. Looks like you have a sloped bottom coal bin to.

WildWood, you do know they make these things called ash pans, right?

Is that the old Pinto under the cover in the driveway?

Don, that's a 92 VW cabriolet. The pinto got hit in a parking lot, it was the 3rd car she hit. I did get another one in '97. Here's a picture from Ford Carlisle.

I saved the wheels from the wrecked pinto.

That's a nice tight, compact install there T. I like the Y strainer idea.

Looks like your pump, pumps into your boiler bypass. Was that intentional?

Don, the boiler sat for a few years so I did not know how much rust and scale was in it. I flushed it a few times, but I thought the strainer would be a good idea to make sure nothing got into the coil. The pump on the bypass is per Keystokers instructions.

Tyingitout, nice install. Tight fit for sure. What model Keystoker? 2 points to note from my limited experience on a similar installation; 1. The bladder expansion tank should not be installed at a dead end. 2. The pressure blow off down tube needs to terminate min. 4" from the floor.(Safety thing)

Put a drip leg on that lift check valve. Very nice indeed.
