LS Farm. Have you ever taken out the blower itself? If you look up my posts under AA130 blowing into ash pan, I have that problem, and it does not want to start up easily and stay running. Some on the forum think I should pull out my blower and check/ clean it , but I don’t have a new gasket and don’t know how long it takes to get one .. Thanks , Carl. This is my 5 th winter with the AA 130, and it’s acting like the chimney or pipes are blocked, but I cleaned all of them...
Did you brush out the channel that runs from underneath the popes hat down into the swirl chamber? Is your flapper (door) snapping closed when the fan starts up?

Did you buy that replacement gasket yet?

Here is what factory supplied gasket installed entails:

NON-silicone, and made strictly for stoves.
The temps in this area surpasses any silicone temp rating consistently.
From better local hardware or better stove shops.

Guys, my flapper door does snap shut when unit starts. I did not order the new blower gasket . On my other posts about air blowing into ash pan , I explained that I just put steel wool up in that cone with a screw through it so it cannot get sucked up ever , and it still lets stuff fall out and the AA runs fine ...

It is possible someone switched or changed the pullies on your AA and the fan is not running at the proper speed.

His double pass swirl chamber is not clean and air blows straight through instead of swirling. It will continue to worsen until it is filled full.

Save a gasket waste a ton... ;)
