EFM 520 Dual Fuel Plugged Oil Nozzle.

The nozzle should be replaced. Don't overtighten it when re-installing. The oil burner should be used at least once a month to keep the fuel in the nozzle tube fresh. Run it for a few minutes each month.

Less than 5 bucks for a nozzle retail. Note the size and spray pattern when you go shopping, or just take the old one with you.
If you haven't changed the filter lately, they are another 5 spot. They (nozzles) don't clean well, and are so cheap, it's easier to replace them. Might want to buy a spare to have on hand.

The nozzle is a 1.50 80 degree hollow. The tube should be OK or can be cleaned while leaving it in place. Finger tighten the nozzle and then just a bit more with the wrench.

Yeah, that too. Be careful when inserting it, not to get the electrodes out of whack.
