Still wouldn't live there, they don't call it Taxassachusetts for nothing.

From the story:
"National Grid filed its summer rate adjustment last week, projecting it would drop the bill for a typical residential customer by $115.39, from $297.22 to $181.83.

What jumped out of this story out was that this kind of electric bill is typical.

First they double your rates. Then they lower it 40%. Giving them good deal. LOL
