I am only human but from memory and correct me if I’m wrong.

When an aquastat has the ZC and ZR terminals, the ZC is connected to the low temperature switch of the aquastat and to the ZC terminal.

The ZR is a 120 Volt supply to the burner circuit to fire the boiler, but this goes through the high limit switch to control the boiler water temperature.

Thanks for the help, I ended up getting the Taco. It was simple to wire, everything is plainly marked.

The pumps start on T-stat call but this boiler has no lo setting as I mentioned previously. I need to dig into documentation for the aquastat better. If I'm understanding this correctly the aquastat makes ZC hot when the boiler reaches temp and only then will the relay power the circulators..... but there is no lo temp so I'm guessing that is why the circs are coming on. There is setting to delay circulator for X time, I think that is what I need to use.

You have the SR503 without a tankless coil so it should just be the standard wiring. More wiring diagrams options

See where it says circulate on delay 30 seconds, that is not set.
