Haha, he lit her up today. It did get a little smoke into the room, so I advised him to run it with the doors closed. At least until the chimney warms up more, and possibly til it's colder outside. It was pumping heat out really good! I think it'll warm that place up just fine. He also found a cute little log rack for it.
I also advised him to tuck some insulation in around the pipe where it enters the thimble, there is a 1/4 inch gap around it in places. Also the clean out door didn't have the best seal. That should help some once those things are fixed.
