The things you find on Facebook are sometimes pretty neat. I saw this video of a 14 hour burn campfire :shock: without being touched so I had to watch it. Pretty neat watching. Now if someone could adapt this concept for a self feeding wood boiler you would really have something......A wood fired boiler with a hopper? :idea: This is kinda like that wood furnace that burned whole logs without being cut and quartered.

Hell Padre, that'd take half the fun out of campin. Getting up to tend the fire & listenin to all the night critters. Pretty cool though!

Geez Fred, Im surprised you didnt call that mental masturbation :lol:

That is a neat video though. I never had trouble keeping a fire overnight or 12 hours, but I can see how that fire would give off more flames for viewing and lighting the general area.
