OK...so what kind of parts are you looking for? Gas valve, regulator, etc?

I have gotten some great deals in appliance specific parts on eBay.

That's part of the issue I'm having, he's a friend of a friend and is looking for a one stop site for heating equipment. His parents are friends of mine and this question came up. I'm sure you've forgotten more about this stuff than I know so I reached out here, couldn't think of a better place to ask. ;)

I couldnt help myself

If your friend has part numbers from items, google is his friend. A lot of the largest dealers of everything sell on ebay or amazon or both. He may be able to find a large dealer that way and then just deal with that one company.... for instance I buy most my car parts from Jegs via ebay, electronic parts from another dealer, etc. He may get lucky and find a smaller dealer who doesnt mind being the middle man. Good luck
