I just got my first gas bill for one side of a duplex (3 bed two bath ,1300 sqft) we keep it at 60 so its comfortable to work. They are saying I used 707 cuft in a month and the cost for the gas and delivery $600  Nobody living there ,no hot water and 60 deg.... thats .90 a cuft. is that right?

this is making me nuts. I just went down to town to read the meter and it was a brand new meter and now reads 136 x 100 cuft (136000) and the bill said their actual reading was 707,000 cuft. and actual is only 19% of that. I just love how many big co.s send a bill out and just hope you go ahead like a good little dooby and pay the *censored* thing. just one more thing about NY to hate...... :shots:
