Thanks. I saw the address above. Just trying to see if they had a phone yet or if they were still in business before I made the 3 hour drive up there. All I know is I really want a stove like that. I have a us stove wonderluxe circulator now and I can't seem to keep grates in it without them melting away. Burning wood too. I would hate to see if I put coal in it. If there are any other stoves out there with a thermostat that you all know of please let me know. That's what I love most about mine. But there are few stoves that have a draft control thermostat from what I have seen.

I know that some of the stoves Ashland make have the thermostat on them. They are pretty much knockoffs of the Hitzer stoves. Not knowing where you at, there are other places that sell Ashland stoves. The Amish sell them here near me in nw pa.

For similar stoves you might try Coalway in Apple Creek, Ohio. A little closer and believe they even have a phone.

You could get yourself a Hitzer 30-95 or 50-93: http://hitzer.com/products/stove/Model-50_93-E_Z-Flo-Hopper-Stove/ They have a thermostat on them, ad they look nice.

The reference to Coalway above will get him this and more.

That's great. I have no clue what products they handle. The best thing though, he now has a link to Hitzer products and he can look at them online as well as look up the many threads on this forum. He'll be much better prepared when he walks in a store. wouldn't you agree?

Thanks for all the help. I like the hitzer stoves but I really like cabinet stoves with the double door and metal surround around the fire box. As well as the thermostat. I really like my us stove wonderluxe but it's all made in China now. So it's worthless. Had them send me a replacement Ash door and it even says made in China on it. That's why I was looking for the 200c ashland. Same design but usa made. I have done a lot of research and as far as I can tell anything made by us stove company now has China parts including Ashley, wonderwood , wonderluxe, and Vogel Zang. From what I have found the ashland heater 200c is the only one out there that is a cabinet circulator made in usa?

The Ashland would be the only one I'm aware of with the cabinet design, made in USA. Maybe someone else knows of something.

The closest would be a DS Stove.

DS Circulator
The DS Circulator will burn for up to two days. Known for its slow burning, the coal hopper is gravity-fed, using no electricity. The DS Regulator controls drafts. With different BTUs available, you can heat individual rooms or your whole house. Available in four sizes.
Sorry...
• The Circulator Stoves Will Be Discontinued After This Heating Season 2015-2016. If you would like one, Order One Soon!

I am wondering if anyone knows if they still make this stove or have a contact number. I am wondering what a price would be? I attached a picture I took of it. Thanks for the help
I found this number in doing a search for that shop (419)989-8534. I don't know if it's a good number but is listed for them at that address.
