I disagree... totally.. Wood pellets don't have the BTU value that coal does so how can they say that you need 1 ton per 1000 Sq ft of wood pellets to heat your home, but need 2 tons per 1000 sq ft for coal... Geez... I use a pellet stove.. There is no way wood pellets even come close to the heat output that coal has

You can sit on a pellet stove and still have a cold butt...that lady has no clue what she is talking about. She also forgot to mention the weekly clean out jobs and quality problems of the pellets.
