does anyone know anything about this wood stove, I bought this to fix it up and resale. any info would be great

Open the door and get us a couple pics of the inside, we are real big on grates here. Does that say made in Taiwan? If so it is no antique for sure. I would want to be extra careful with that if it is not airtight unit.

Yep that sure does look like a tie one on unit, upon the click and zoom. Cleaned up and polished might be a stepping stone toward a different unit ;)

Yeah, it looks to be a wood burning parlor stove. This stove commonly would have a cast iron fireplace type grate in it. Although it is designed for burning wood, it can burn soft coal if it has the grate in it. The shinny "dome top" should swing out of the way and reveal a flat cook top with removable lids like a regular wood/coal burning cook stove. You can load wood/coal through the top or through the main loading door. This type of stove is also not considered air tight because this stove is simply cast iron sections bolted together but they are good space heaters.
Is that pieces of the grate laying on the grass in the background of photo #2?
